People Who Posted Misinformation - Social Media & Criminal Trials

Discussion about social media and criminal trials Hi, I am a student from MacEwan University and I am working on a story about social media's effects on criminal trials, how they impact juries, and how it can lead to misinformation being spread rather than fact. I am looking for someone who has had an experience with potentially making a post on social media that ended up causing a problem because they were misinformed, or perhaps know someone who was involved in a trial where misinformation caused problems for the people involved.
