Personal Stories on Overthinking Pregnancy Choices for The Cut

Hi from New York Magazine's The Cut -- source request Hi there! My name is Andrea González-Ramírez and I'm a reporter with New York Magazine's The Cut. I'm posting here because I'm working on a reported essay about how, as a fence-sitter myself, knowing too much about pregnancy and motherhood has been actually terrible for my decision-making. Tl;dr so much information I've gathered—through my yearslong reporting on reproductive health policies and what I hear from parents in my life, for example—has made it very hard for me to parse through what I actually desire vs. what's just my fears/anxieties. I suspect this may be just ameproblem, but I wanted to throw out a line here to see if other people have experienced these complex feelings, too. If that's the case and folks are interested in chatting, I can be reached [email redacted] andreagonram.43 on Signal. We can protect people's identity if they need us to. Thank you so much!
