Phoenix Healthcare Executives - Servant Leadership Qualities

I'm writing a piece on servant leadership in Valley healthcare, and I'm looking to interview executives across the Phoenix market. If you lead here (or know someone who should be included) I'd value a conversation. The question I keep circling: what actually makes a great healthcare leader today? The old command-and-control model is giving way to something different: leaders measured less by authority than by how well they develop their people. The piece works to define what that looks like in a health system, payer, or healthcare startup, which qualities distinguish the executives people want to follow, and what it means to lead this way in the Valley specifically. Drawing on leadership experience in the Marines, my background in healthcare strategy, and ongoing graduate studies in organizational leadership at Johns Hopkins, I'm writing about the people shaping this industry where I live.
