PR Professionals - Project Comms Successes & Pitfalls

PR folks: I'm looking for *you*! I'm writing a feature about the realities of project comms - working with PMs to ensure projects, their goals and progress, are well communicated with the outside world. I'm keen to get some nice frontline stories about project comms that went well (we can name-check them!) and not so well (anonymity guaranteed!).
