I did not intend to cause AI-vs-Scrum drama. But that is what Part 1 of this series did. The comments split two ways, both landing on the question: when AI alters your ways, do you apply more Scrum, or move away to a different flow? It's where I see small and mid-sized web development teams quietly drifting once AI takes a real seat at the table. I'm writing about a pull-based workflow with a cadence of three weeks of flow and one week of breathing. It borrows from Kanban, Shape Up, and the #NoEstimates crowd, and assembles them around the individual product developer rather than the team as the unit of work.
