Queer Entrepreneurs - How Queerness Shapes Business Operations

I was surprised to find there wasn't much written about how being queer affects *how* you run your business. There's lots of surface level stuff but very little that dives into what might make a queer person's business operate differently. We're investigating that a bit more this pride month with three stories: 🔄 This weekend, I'm writing about how paid subscriptions are a business model of liberation, if you can tie business to liberation at all which I think we must if we're being pragmatic. 💵 Mid-month, Leo Aquino (Founder of Queer & Trans Wealth) is giving us a counter take on the sacrifice yourself for your business gospel in "I refuse to shrink my life to run a successful business" 📚 Later in the month, Lindsey Danis (Author and freelance writer) tells us how leading with queerness landed them a book deal.
