Reno Women - Sexism Affecting Medical Treatment

Looking For Reno Women Experiencing Sexism in Healthcare I am currently a junior at AACT highschool and as part of a community service project I’d like to hear from some women in the community who have experienced sexism in clinical settings that has affected their treatment. This includes pain dismissal, being ill-informed of pain involved with gynecological procedures, excessively lengthy diagnosis processes, or any circumstance in which you feel your healthcare was negatively affected because of your being a woman. You can share your story anonymously or through an in-person interview, both of which would be posted on a TikTok and Instagram account at renowomenshealth.
