Repurposed Jet Owners - Commercial & Bizjet Conversions

Hey all, so for my next trick I'm writing a fab little feature for Aviation News magazine due to hit shelves in October. This time it's about repurposed jets, both commercial and bizjets. So have you/any of your clients/anyone you know repurposed a jet? Maybe it's an old 747 that's now lovingly been restored into holiday accommodation or a bizjet that's now a coffee shop (yep I've already included the amazing Nathan Raab and JetBean Coffee!)
