Rural Development & Farm Experts on Data Center Impact

I have an awesome community here on LinkedIn so here I go putting out another bat signal. Currently in the market for sources that can speak on the impact of data centers in rural communities. For some reason its been hard to find leads on this one. Experts in rural development, economics, farm conservation and even sociology who have been on the frontlines of this would be great. I would also love to speak to a few farmers/ranchers/ag pros who might have some good balanced opinions on the opportunities AND threats data centers pose. This isn't an another anti-AI ramble either. Looking for sources with good balance, personal insights and also concrete data (no pun intended). Thanks in advance!
