Small Business Owners - Gemini & ChatGPT Mislabeling As Scams

Has anyone had AI (Gemini/ChatGPT) incorrectly flag their business as a scam? I’m a business reporter working on a story about how AI tools (like Gemini or ChatGPT) describe small businesses. I recently saw a case where an AI response labeled a legitimate business as a “scam,” citing issues that didn’t appear to match the company. I’m trying to understand whether this is an isolated issue or something others have experienced.
