I’ve started a little passion project. I'm writing a book about masterminds for small businesses. Why they work, why they're among the most powerful forms of support a business owner can access, and how to find one or build one yourself. Anyone who’s met me will know I’m extremely passionate about masterminds. And with good reason! Masterminds have shaped my business and my life more than almost anything else. Not just as someone who runs one, but as a member of one too, sitting alongside other business owners who've helped me think through decisions I couldn't have worked out on my own. For too long, mastermind groups have felt like something reserved for people who've already made it. Expensive. Exclusive. Out of reach for small and microbusiness owners who could arguably benefit most from them. I want to change that. More on this soon, including how you can be among the first to know when it's ready.
