Small Town Residents for Ongoing Petty Feud Case Studies

Small Town Feuds I'm a journalist doing a story on small town conflicts. I'm looking for the most petty stuff out there. Think property lines or stealing livestock - something that would go to small claims court and stay there for years because the judge has no idea who is telling the truth (but ideally, the story is happening in real time). Nothing criminal - looking for petty. I'm looking for a story that gets the whole town involved as well. If you or anyone you know has a story - I'd love to hear it.
