South African Locals Recommend Must-Try Restaurants Nationwide

To all my fellow South Africans, please can you give me restaurants you would recommend to tourists to try when they visit south Africa, it can be expensive to cheap and in any location. I need it for an article I'm writing on must try restaurants in South Africa.
