Students & Staff - Campus Maintenance Issues & Safety Hazards

Campus Maintenance Hello! I'm working on an article where I need to address campus maintenance issues (broken stuff, safety hazards, things that need repair, etc.) around campus. Have any of you noticed spots on campus that are in rough shape? Cracked sidewalks, broken lights, water damage, that kind of thing. Any building or public area is fair game. Would really appreciate any tips, even just a building name or general area helps. Thanks!
