Final week to drop me your content or story strands for the latest issue of Our Suffolk. This edition is one that covers an area I spend a lot of my professional world working within - crisis and change. While preparedness for a crisis may feel like something that can keep getting deferred on to the 'to-do' list for an organisation, it really couldn't be more important to have a robust strategy in play. That doesn't mean producing a 'War and Peace' level document in every case, but it does mean knowing what kind of change and challenge you might be vulnerable to, how you'd communicate that to, to which stakeholders, and through what mediums and against what timeframe.
