Suicide Loss Survivors - Say Their Name Project Submissions

These are just a few of the many lives we have had the privilege of honoring through our Say Their Name project. ❤️ And there are so many more names that deserve to be said. If you have lost someone to suicide, we would be honored to share their story. There should be no shame in saying that someone we love died by suicide. There should be no stigma surrounding their death. Suicide is part of the story for far too many families, and we believe that talking about it openly helps normalize conversations about suicide and suicide loss. But most importantly, the way someone died should never overshadow the way they lived. Throughout September, Max’s Mission is honoring one life lost to suicide every day. We are sharing their names. Their faces. Their personalities. Their passions. The people and things they loved. The memories their families never want the world to forget. Because they were so much more than the way they died.
