Teachers - AI Professional Development Needs Before School Decisions

We're asking teachers to make decisions about AI before many of them have been given enough time to understand it. But I keep coming back to the question: What do teachers need before schools ask them to decide? This week's Notes from the Margins is about what AI professional development could look like if we treated teachers as professionals rather than as the final step in implementation.
