Wholesale Distributor Ops Managers on Manual Order Processing Workflows

Looking to interview wholesale distributors about order processing (compensating for time) I'm researching how wholesale distributors handle customer orders that come in via email, phone, or WhatsApp before they hit your system. From conversations so far, sounds like manual data entry is a pain. Curious to understand different workflows. Looking for 5 people to interview (15 or so mins each).
