Women 18+ Who Left Comfort Zone - Case Studies & Psychologist

I'm writing a piece for Woman & Home magazine #journorequest It's on women who've gone out of their comfort zone and done something really challenging. I need a few case studies of women (need to speak to them to write it up in first person). Need to have a good accompanying photo too. I also need a psychologist comment on the benefits of going out your comfort zone and building confidence. Examples could be things like a woman who overcame her fears to do a charity bungee jump and felt amazing after, or a woman who's always feared public speaking but successfully addressed a conference audience.....
