Wuthering Heights Readers Reflect on New Film for The Guardian
Emerald Fennell’s new film adaptation of Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel Wuthering Heights has just been released worldwide. The Guardian is seeking readers' personal reflections on whether the film inspired them to read or reread the novel, their thoughts on the book, and how the book compares to the film.
We want to hear from you. Has you been inspired to seek out the novel for the first time – or re-read it after a long interval – in the run-up to the new adaptation? What did you think of reading the book? Do you think it will change your experience of watching the film? If you’ve seen the film how did it compare?
