Young Adults 18-30 - Developing Self-Confidence Stories
Yesterday on ๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐., Dr. Melissa Hughes, and I answered:
What this conversation reinforced for me is that confidence rarely appears overnight.
It usually grows quietly.
One attempt.
One lesson.
One failure and retry.
One success.
Then another.
And eventually, there's a tipping point where we begin trusting ourselves consistently.

That's what I heard in both Melissa's story and my own.
Not confidence that was given.
Confidence that was earned through experience, practice, and success.
If you've had a chance to listen, I'd love to hear what resonated with you.
