Young People 15-25 - Simple Habit Change Improving Mood & Focus

I'm looking for a suggestion please... I am currentlywriting a book for young people 14 - 20ish and each chapter features a real story of a relatable young person. I am looking to feature someone aged 15 - 25 who fits the criteria below. They don't need to be a household name, it could be you or a current or past student you taught, a colleague, a friend ora son or daughter. πŸ—’οΈ Criteria ⭐ They changed or implemented one or a few simple habits, like going to bed earlier, moving more, eating better, drinking more water, planned acts of kindness, a gratitudepractice, etc. ⭐ They noticed it changed their mood, focus, energy or confidence, making a huge difference in their life.
