YouTube Creators - Mistaken Policy Flags & Appeals Stories

Hello. Kindly share if you have been mistakenly flagged for breaking YouTube's policy, the story behind it, and your current status on it. I am currently putting together a huge case study and content for an article that I am going to launch. I already have a lot of good material, but I would love to hear directly from people. Please share your stories, because for my own personal experience, I have just been experimenting on pushing and learning about their system and then why it flags, why it doesn't. For my data, there's definitely a huge problem with inaccuracies. It's pretty chaotic, but I'd like to learn more.
