Community Groups in Plaquemine? Hey y'all, Drew Hawkins here. I'm a reporter covering public health in the Gulf States Newsroom at NPR. I'm from and based in Louisiana. I'm working on a story about the proposed gas plant in Plaquemine in Iberville Parish.
