Addiction Counselor for Internet & Social Media Addiction Interview

Hey folks! Do any of you know any addiction counselors? Especially any contacts for someone who is familiar with Internet and social media addiction? I think that's more recognized in China and Japan, but I'm looking to interview one no matter what part of the world they are in
