Adults 40s-60s - Job Search Struggles & Age Bias

I also think the process has become more difficult for people in these age groups. When a company advertises, along with the required criteria, they also seem to want evidence of all their role description & no longer 'reads between the lines' even if it is obvious that the applicant is over experienced & over qualified.
