APAC Sales & Enablement Leaders - Analog Seller Platform Launch

20+ unfiltered conversations in the past month with my mentors and senior sales and revenue leaders, lots of coffee and a few drinks at times, reflecting on the last 10 years working with amazing colleagues and customers from 23 countries, reading voraciously, getting irritated with the mindless hype while also thinking deeply about it, I am finally pinning on my passion project. Here's what it actually is: Analog Seller. STOP before reading further and let me know in comments what comes to your mind when you read those words (analog seller). I am taking a mindful risk here with that name :) No monetization strategy. No grand plan. Just a nagging feeling that there are so many amazing and authentic newsletters on "AI in Sales" and conversations surrounding this topic. However, conversations on what happens when the AI writes the perfect email or opening pitch, but the seller struggles to hold a 30-minute discovery conversation without recollecting a script? Those conversations are not very conventional. So I'm building a platform — starting with a website, most basic at first — for Sales and Enablement Leaders dedicated to the APAC region (that's my playground), though all are invited. The idea is simple (something many of us will agree with): the future of sales belongs to those who can operate fluently in both the digital and the analog world.The convergence of AI and EI. AI in the sales context of selling, leadership, enablement or coaching is not optional. Neither its another research modality. It's a highly productive strategy when the right tools are used beyond hype. It took me 10 mins to build this website using 3 AI tools and vibe coding (loved using the fancy word finally), 3 hours to edit and update the website with how I wanted it to look like and 45 minutes to write this post. This is not complete, and everything is work in progress as you will see. But what was amazing is both my creative thinking and tools acumen came together to maybe bring a 3 day job to 4 hours and a $300 expense to under $30. I can see where AI has taken over relevant tasks and roles, but won't believe in all the crap. I will be mostly writing, later producing content for the visual and auditory learners as well. Usually you will find me sharing on topics such as: → What EI actually looks like in a pipeline review (not the fluffy version) → How AI tools change the sales motion — and what they cannot replace → Techniques and methodologies that worked in APAC — and why the same playbook didn't always land 17 years of selling, coaching, enablement, and leadership across APAC has given me a lot of opinions. Apparently, I've decided to share them with my network. I will be listening more so I can promise when I share, they will be interesting. More to come soon!
