Army Brats with Multiple International Relocations Before 18

How "international" can an Army brat's life get (esp before 18)? Small research question for a story I'm working on... Can anyone with personal experience (either being an Army brat or parenting one) say if it's possible for a kid to move between three or four or more countries, just following their parent's postings? Just for example, trooping to Japan one year, Europe the next, the Mideast after that? Would this be a sign of a parent with high ambitions for their own career (especially an officer)?
