ATS Governance Paper—Expert Reviewers with HR or Legal Experience Needed
Draft in progress – looking for expert reviewers
I’m finalising a governance-focused paper on how Applicant Tracking Systems are configured and governed in practice, particularly where experience-based filtering, ranking, or prioritisation is used at scale.
This is not an exposé and does not claim vendor intent or systemic discrimination. It’s a risk-mitigation and audit-oriented document aimed at HR, TA, and legal audiences, drawing on publicly available vendor documentation and clearly separating:
• documented capabilities
• configuration-dependent implications
• forward-looking governance risks
Before publication, I’d value critical review from practitioners, vendors, employment lawyers, or anyone with hands-on ATS experience.
If you’re willing to sanity-check:
– factual accuracy
– technical nuance
– where inference vs evidence needs tightening
Please comment or DM, and I’ll share the draft privately.
