AZ NV CA Realtors & Mortgage Pros - Water Cuts & Underwriting Risk

#sourcerequest: I'm looking for real estate agents/brokers in the West (Arizona, Nevada or California) where drastic water cuts have been implemented due to the Colorado River's reduced levels for an interview about how these issues may impact housing demand and home prices in the near future. I'm also curious if any mortgage experts expect future issues with underwriting loans in these areas, especially as utility bills spike and insurance premiums for drought-related hazards (wildfires) increase.
