B2B SDRs Who Used Lusha - Phone & Email Accuracy & Garante Ruling

What's your opinion about Lusha? I publish tool reviews on marketintelligencetools.com and just finished a long one on Lusha, which is a conflict when I'm the one asking for real opinions on it. I want to hear from people who've dialed numbers or sent emails off its data. The database runs over 280 million direct dials, more than 152 million business emails and 30-plus million company profiles, all self-reported and never independently audited. Lusha claims 98% email accuracy and 86% phone accuracy on its own site; reviewers running real campaigns report 80-90% on email and 70-80% on phone once a list gets dialed at volume, and one reviewer said only half the phone numbers they pulled were correct on a follow-up call. Coverage drops sharply outside North America too. The credit system charges 1 credit for an email reveal, 1 for a company record and 5 for a phone reveal, so a phone-heavy workflow burns through a plan roughly five times faster than an email-first one. Free is $0 for 40 credits a month; Starter runs $49.90, Pro $69.90 for two seats and 600 credits, Premium $399.90 for five seats and 3,400 credits, and Scale is quote-only. Rollover only applies to Pro and Premium on monthly billing, up to twice the monthly cap; Free and Starter lose what they don't use. Ten seats on Pro cost $469.10 a month on monthly billing, since the plan includes two seats at $69.90 and each additional seat runs $49.90. Italy's data protection authority, the Garante, fined Lusha €2 million and ordered it to stop processing Italian residents' data and delete what it had collected, after finding the company assembled profiles partly by scraping social networks and buying records from other data brokers. Lusha holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27701 certifications at the same time, and users separately report slow or unaddressed removal requests. https://preview.redd.it/3p10wmmb9rnh1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=c951b93e1b09a8d28408bafd80a7982c68f8ae9f If you've run real volume through it, does the phone-reveal accuracy land closer to Lusha's stated 86% or closer to what reviewers describe? Has the credit system's 5-to-1 phone-to-email cost changed how you structure outreach? And for anyone selling into Europe, has the Italian ruling come up in a security review or a legal sign-off before a contract got signed? Full review, including every pricing tier, the credit rollover rules and the Garante ruling in full, is linked below. The affiliate link on that page is for Lusha itself. https://marketintelligencetools.com/reviews/lusha/ Disclosure: I run this site. No ads. I'm just getting started testing a few affiliate links, low-key enough that they don't change what you see or how a page reads. No money from them yet, though that could change. I do the research because I find it interesting, it's good practice for my day job, found out that I like building sites from scratch in static HTML, and figured this sub's audience would get something out of it too.
