Blockchain Seafood Traceability Experts for Fisheries Sustainability Feature

I have a unique interview request - wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction. I am currently working on an article for World Fisheries Day on November 21st! My focus is highlighting innovations making the fishing industry more sustainable, from blockchain-based seafood traceability and bycatch-reduction tools to advances in aquaculture.
