Blue Lagoon Volcanic Eruption Eyewitness for Feature Story

Looking to interview someone affected by the Iceland Blue Lagoon volcanic eruption (student journalist) Hello everyone! I’m a journalist student based in the United Kingdom, and I posted a few days back that i am planning to write a feature story based on Iceland’s blue lagoon’s, for my university assignment. After i did some research, I found that in 2025 there were quite big volcano eruptions around the area. I’m hoping to base my story on 1 specific person who was staying at the Blue Lagoon around the time of the eruption, and who may have seen the evacuation, disruption, or events unfolding nearby. I’m also interested in hearing from locals, tourists, or workers who might know more about what happened around that time. The conversation would be very short (around 5–10 minutes) and can be done through Reddit messages if that’s easiest or on any other social media app you prefer.
