What's your opinion about Brand24?
I publish tool reviews on marketintelligencetools.com and just finished a long one on Brand24, which is a conflict when I'm the one asking for real opinions on it. I want to hear from people who've hit the 30-day data wall or spot-checked its sentiment tagging against their own read of a mention.
Brand24 tracks 25,000,000+ sources across nine platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Quora, and has delivered 25 billion mentions to customers to date. Every project holds roughly the last 30 days of history and stops there, at every tier including Enterprise; the help center says it directly: "No older than 30 days, with the exception of special cases."

Sentiment analysis runs in 108 languages, and a January 2023 AI model raised accuracy from 64% to 84%, a jump the company hasn't updated since. That still leaves real misses: one G2 reviewer wrote that "sometimes sentiment analysis isn't fully accurate, especially with contextual mentions," while a Capterra reviewer said "AI summaries have become very quantitative and statistical," flattening nuance the automated tag can't catch.
Five tiers run $199 to $1,499 a month billed annually, all published on the pricing page with no demo call required. Individual covers 3 keywords and 2,000 mentions; Business covers 25 keywords and 100,000 mentions; every plan from Team upward carries unlimited seats, so the keyword cap forces the upgrade, not headcount.
In 2019, Facebook blocked Brand24's company accounts and its co-founder's personal profile over a data-collection dispute; the company lost 8% of its customers and laid off 12 employees before a March 2020 settlement restored access.
If you've run it past the free trial, has the 84% sentiment ceiling held up on your own mentions, or did the misses cluster somewhere specific like sarcasm or industry jargon? Has the 30-day history wall ever cost you a report you needed to pull retroactively? And for anyone outside Europe, did the support-scheduling gap reviewers describe match your experience?

Disclosure: I run this site. No ads. I'm just getting started testing a few affiliate links, low-key enough that they don't change what you see or how a page reads. No money from them yet, though that could change. I do the research because I find it interesting, it's good practice for my day job, found out that I like building sites from scratch in static HTML, and figured this sub's audience would get something out of it too.
