Canadian Immigrant Food Delivery Workers for Extreme Weather Story

Story callout‼️ Hello, everyone! I’m a journalism grad student based in Toronto. I’m looking for food delivery gig workers who are (1) based in Canada and (2) landed immigrants or newcomers. I would love to hear your story. If you’re one of the many who went out during the snowiest day in Toronto on Jan. 25, that would be great but not required. The article is about immigrant delivery drivers who continue working during extreme weather events such as snowstorms and heatwaves. It will also touch on the ethics of ordering during such times.
