MEDIA REQUEST: I'm writing a piece for Third Sector about how digital roles and responsibilities are changing in charities.
Most charities I speak to know they need to be more digital but aren't always sure what that means for their people. Does it mean upskilling existing staff? Hiring specialists? Rethinking your team structure entirely? And with AI changing the landscape so quickly, are charities starting to hire for roles that didn't exist a couple of years ago?
We used to talk about centres of excellence, hub and spoke models and distributed digital teams. How are those models evolving now?
