Chinese & Russian Cybersecurity Experts for Machine Story

Here’s a cybersecurity story I’d really love to write for Machine. I get a lot of advisories about China or Russia-linked threat actors. Which I cover because I find nation-state hacking stories fascinating. But are there any Chinese or Russian cybersecurity firms/ organisations doing the same and warning about activity from the West? Personally, I’d rather all these wonderful nations were at peace. Both Russia and China are ancient civilisations I have a huge amount of respect for. I cover the stories about their threat actors not to be partisan, but just because shadowy state-backed hackers are interesting. So I’d like to hear from security experts in either nations who are issuing advisories about western groups. Does this even happen? Can anyone out there help? #journorequest.
