Coffee Traders & Market Analysts - Rising Coffee Price & Climate Risks

Hi, I'm working on a story about why coffee has become so much more expensive in recent years. I'm basically trying to figure out to what extent the massive wholesale price increases in the last few years can be attributed to climate change, and what the outlook is in coming decades as extreme weather intensifies. I'm looking to talk to coffee traders and market analysts. Any suggestions of who to talk to would be very helpful! I'd also be interested to hear any thoughts on some of the wackier ideas of what to do about climate change's impact on coffee - are all these coffee-replacement startups onto something or is it all just hype?
