College Students - One Big Beautiful Bill Aid Cuts & Housing Struggles

Has the One Big Beautiful Bill impacted your ability to pay for housing or associated living cost? Hi everyone. I'm a student journalist at Cal State Northridge in the mass communications graduate program. I'm working on a story on if the new caps and changes to the financial aid have decreased college students aid package. The changes began July 1st, 2026. So, it should have affected your aid package for this school year. Have you had a more difficult time just living because of this?
