CPS PE Teachers Needed on Shared Spaces in Chicago Schools

CPS PE Teachers - Does your PE class share the space with other functions (lunch, assemblies, etc.)? Hi! I’m a graduate journalism student at Northwestern, reporting on education in the Chicago area. I’m currently writing a story about P.E. in CPS elementary and middle schools that looks at the barriers the district has said keep schools from being able to schedule PE more often and why physical education is important for students. Does anyone teach at a CPS school where PE shares the space with other school events? Anyone teach at a school without a gym?
