And people will soon be graduating. Yes, the economy is limping along, and things are slow in parts, but I'm an optimist. I don't think it's all doom and gloom. There are opportunities out there. The problem is, there aren't as many, and there will be lots of fresh faces competing for the same positions. In which case, dear industry, what advice can you share with graduates to help them secure that first foot on the ladder? What worked for you? Any advice or tips would be amazing.
