PR Request: I'm looking to speak to EdTech experts (UK and US) for a long-form feature. It's for a tech editor at a news startup. How will your story get the best chance of approval? 1. A well researched and quality pitch with a "Why now?" and "So what?" approach to the story. 2. Something newsworthy and interesting that will make readers want to read more. 3. A pitch that is easily explainable to an 11-year-old. No corporate jargon or bland platitudes you wouldn't use in an everyday conservation. PS: A corporate rebrand is not a news story. 4. Keep the pitch short and clear. Punchy and relevant is key. 5. Data or research with clear public relevance is welcomed. As are case studies with a human-interest.
