Employee Experiences of Hybrid-Remote Work for Irish Times

I'm looking to speak to some people about the changing hybrid/remote working landscape. Am curious about how employees are getting on amid all the talk about shifting company back to the office policies and CSO figures suggesting the numbers working some or all of the time remotely are actually going up.
