Employees Unsure About Disclosing AI Use - Workplace Etiquette

People rated their coworkers as 10x lazier when they knew those coworkers used AI to complete their work, according to a recent Atlassian study. Do you ever hesitate to broadcast when you use AI at work? Maybe you switch tabs when someone walks by. Or Maybe you're a little uncomfortable admitting you got an idea from a chatbot. Many of us are still a bit unclear on the right level of disclosure, however that shows up in our day-to-day. I'm looking to talk to people who feel at least a little uncertain about when, whether, or how to talk about using these tools for a Bloomberg News story about the evolving etiquette around AI at work. If this sounds like you, I'd love to chat! DM me or shoot me an email at [email redacted] -- happy to talk on background if preferred.
