One of Constructions unspoken subjects…. Who’s responsible for the mental health of the “mental health first aider”? Who’s responsible for the individual that is willing to stand up as the “mental health lead”? Should that individual take their own life, is the company potentially liable if systems weren’t in place to protect them?
