🔬 Call for Expert Authors – Machine Learning & AMR Metagenomics I am currently inviting competent researchers and data scientists working at the intersection of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) to contribute to a chapter in an upcoming Springer book on Metagenomics and AMR. 📘 Chapter: Machine Learning Approaches in AMR Metagenomics Key themes may include (but are not limited to): • AI-driven methods for predicting antimicrobial resistance genes • Machine learning models for resistome analysis in metagenomic datasets • Deep learning for AMR gene detection and classification • Integrating bioinformatics pipelines with AI tools for AMR surveillance • Challenges, limitations, and future perspectives of ML in AMR metagenomics I have already received a few requests from interested contributors, but for this chapter I am specifically looking for an expert with strong experience in machine learning applications in metagenomics or AMR research.
