I'm looking for some input from finishing shops: I am working on an article about how recent tariff actions and volatility in platinum-group metals through the supply chain may be affecting your shop’s operations. I have had several finishing operations ask me about this situation, and I thought it would make for an article for readers. For example, I understand that PGM products from Switzerland are subject to a 39% tariff, EU shipments are at 15%, and Japan at 15%.
