Global Leaders - Contemporary Leadership Mindset

I’m not looking for successful people. I’m looking for the patterns of thought behind success. More than a century ago, Napoleon Hill dedicated himself to studying the minds, behaviors and principles of people who achieved extraordinary results. Today, the world has changed. Technology has transformed how we work. Artificial intelligence is redefining industries. Geopolitics, uncertainty and social change are challenging traditional models of leadership. So I want to ask a new question: What can we learn from the minds of today’s great leaders? I am developing an international research and book project that seeks to interview leaders from around the world — women and men, entrepreneurs, CEOs, scientists, investors, creators and social leaders — to identify the mental and behavioral patterns behind contemporary leadership and achievement. I want to hear about the decisions nobody saw. The failures that changed everything. The beliefs they had to abandon. The moments when they almost gave up. The principles that kept them moving when success was still invisible. And perhaps most importantly: What happens inside the mind of someone who chooses to build instead of surrender? This project is inspired by the pioneering questions raised by Napoleon Hill — but it seeks to take that investigation into the 21st century.
