Hard of Hearing Boulder Residents - Quiet Hours Restaurant Picks

There are plenty of Happy Hours at Boulder restaurants. What I need are Quiet Hours when I can eat a great meal and talk to the folks at my table. I don't need it dead quiet, but I won't dine at intentionally loud restaurants with pounding music even if they have Michelin/James Beard honors. Like thousands of people, I have significant hearing challenges.
