Homeowners Facing Sell vs Renovate Decision - High Costs

Have you had to decide between selling your home and renovating? What about living in a less-than-ideal situation because it's too expensive to change your house? Especially during lockdown, our home was feeling cramped. During that time period, renovating wasn't a great option. There were materials shortages and contractors were overbooked. Fortunately for us, while home prices were climbing, we were able to move at the start of 2022 before rates went up. But now is such a different market.
